Phantom Fest, Austin’s Halloween festival, haunts Sagebrush Austin on Oct. 26 & 27. Whether you're a horror aficionado or just looking for a fun night out, our festival promises thrills and chills for everyone. Expect shocking surprises, join in spine-tingling immersive film experiences, and a Halloween weekend like Austin has never seen. Tickets for each day are $20 and a festival pass is $40, which includes a limited edition Phantom Fest tote with tricks and treats inside, and an exclusive ticket to Horror Church’s special screening of “Carrie” at Central Presbyterian Church on Oct. 18 at 7:30PM.

Chris McInroy Short Film Block 6:30PM - 7:15PM
Chris McInroy is an Austin based writer/director of movies and ads. His horror-comedy short films have played at film festivals around the world including SXSW, Fantasia, Fantastic Fest and Sitges. His film, GUTS, was nominated for a 2023 Fangoria Chainsaw Award for Best Short, and we’re thrilled to offer you a showcase of some of his greatest short films, including his newest addition “Skeeter.” McInroy will be live in attendance for a post-screening Q&A.
